  • Put Khoi in a large bowl, keep aside. Put jaggery and 1 cup of water in a frying pan.
  • Place the pan on heat (medium). Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat and cook till it become like gum (stir continuously).
  • Take out the pan from the heat and slowly spread the warm jaggery over the Khoi and stir continuously with a spatula.
  • In this way mix jaggery with the Khoi.
  • Allow it to cool completely.
