Homemade Khoi Murki (puffed...
- Put Khoi in a large bowl, keep aside. Put jaggery and 1 cup of water in a frying pan.
- Place the pan on heat (medium). Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat and cook till it become like gum (stir continuously).
- Take out the pan from the heat and slowly spread the warm jaggery over the Khoi and stir continuously with a spatula.
- In this way mix jaggery with the Khoi.
- Allow it to cool completely.
